What the Bureau Did Since The Last Plenary. 

This is in no way a perfect extensive report of what the Bureau has done, or a faultless sum-up of the average 300 emails per month the Bureau has to deal with. CIVL President also addressed many issues directly without Bureau involvement and Bureau members may also be part of one or more Committees or Officer position. This additional work is not reflected here. The main activity is summed up in the report below.
