The test event for the 1st FAI Asian-Oceanic Paragliding Championship scheduled to be run on December 7 to 14, 2019 in Bright, Australia, is cancelled due to insufficient registration. The CIVL Bureau has allowed the test event to be merged with the Bright Open 2020, held on February 8 to 15, 2020. 

The dates of the Championship are not changed: December 5 to 19, 2020.
